“Stuck”

The theme for this painting was feeling “stuck” or mentally trapped. This is to reflect the feeling of being in a state of mind where one does not know if they are in the right place or not. The effect of the geometric background makes it so that the world is either coming together or falling apart, while the person at the center is still out of place by still appearing “real”. The idea is that maybe this person is exactly where they should be or are they “stuck” in this dimension only left to ponder their next move.
